"Houston" as we called him, was our dog. I bought him from Patty Sherfy, an agent, in 1985. He belonged to the Professional Handler Karen Newman, who also handled his much more famous brother, American Champion Alastar's Gatsby von Cujo. After a delay in coming through England, he arrived in Sydney in September, 1986. We collected him in November that year and took him home to Murrumbateman NSW. We subsequently moved to Bowning NSW, where Houston died and is buried on our property. He sired quite a few pups under our Schwabian prefix, and under Joy Belles' Rotvel prefix. The most famous of these was Rotvel York Phoenix. I will enter all his progeny from our kennel when time permits.

Incredible dog. Met him in person. Had the honor of watching him do bite work. He is a beautiful example of the breed with a friendly outgoing temperament which he passed to is offspring.
