Here's my dog. He gets lots of high-intensity exercise and jumping up/over things (like huge rocks lol).

Melba Before you continue to perpetuate a misconception among the uninformed/innocent I am responding to your last post. That dog you posted looks fat but substantial presence=90lbs=fat is a false assertion but it does not satisfy a wide class of observations ( a measure of robustness of an explanation ). Take body builder Roelly Winklaar, who stands only 5' 7 " but comes in at a COMPETION weight of 250 lbs. 250 lbs on such a relatively " short " man is certainly SUBSTANTIAL PRESENCE , but would you call him FAT?? He is ripped as hell. Thus you can have bulk ( PROTEIN based thus HIGH weight ) existing simultaneously with HIGH definition ( ripped or extreme cuts ). And there are a few others on here that continue to promote that FALSE assertion.

Melba by your logic    subtatntial presence=250 lbs=fat ( Mr. Winklaar ) . now the lol is on YOU.

Melba I have not even yet mentioned Jay Cutler who at  only 5' 9"  comes in at a competition body weight ( under 4% body fat ) at a staggering 274 lbs ( and ripped like a rag ).

Exercise and diet promotes muscle tone.

This revelation mithuna has shared is truly Nobel prize winning stuff.

All those years I spent on the couch eating donuts and playing computer games to look like Mr Olympia for nothing.

Mithuna,
You're right. If your dog looked like that, it would be more fitting. But she doesn't. You can tell by the thick Lauer over her hips that she's overweight, adding to that the very little tuck.

It's time. Put up or shut shut up. We posted pics of fit and fat dogs. Your turn. Standing pic of your dog or shut up.

Yes, by all means, post a photo of a human with body dysmorphic disorder and suggest that it's the picture of human fitness perfection.

Never mind that the man in the photo can't do the simplest of tasks because of the excessive bulk of the muscling.

Yes. @hexe.

Watching "Naked and Afraid" last night, they posted a factoid: that ripped six pack abs are not indicative to a healthy state.

Viewers were then warned that such a fact, however, did not warrant the opening of a six pack in celebration.

PS, I won't post a recent pix of my dogs for this thread because they are blowing their coats and looking ragged. Long time readers will already know their condition in general.
