I used to own/show Belgians, had several champions, and she is NOT one> she is a darling GSD puppy long coat. Enjoy her!

Wow...I agree with the above posters, the woman showed her true colors by "offering" to take your pup.
If your girl is spayed, that would most likely take away that woman's desire to have your puppy. But even though pups can be spayed at a very young age, it's not healthy for their developement.
......but, perhaps you can fake her spay? Next time you see the woman you can tell her your pup got spayed, perhaps even going so far as to shave an area on her belly...or taking her to a vet and ask them to fake the spay with belly shave and fake, temporary scar mark (permanent marker?) Since the vet knows really well what it looks like, they would be better able to fake the look.
If you tell the woman your pup got spayed, let us know what her reaction was! (p.s...don't tell her that she is going to be spayed...if this woman has any thoughts of stealing your pup, that may pressure her to do so)
