Ruger I have not seen on my devices that this site has been secure for quite some time.

Did you read the link I provided? You know I am not a computer expert. But I am not a dummy either. Somehow there is a correlation between certain third party advertising that gets linked to a person's web history, that is also related to Javascript.

Every person sees different advertising based on their web history or selected google preferences. That is why this issue is not consistent between individuals.

If someone who is a computer expert can identify which third party advertisers are exploiting the Javascript loophole, then the hope is they will also be able to deny those third party advertisers a way to attach to the url that creates the hi-jack of the pedigree database url.

It is so sneaky that I had to mess around in a developers menu to do a real good delete of browsing history and cache. And bought a new computer and do all the things outlined above. I could barely open a page before, but now, I am not bothered.

If I do see a suspect pop up, I IMMEDIATELy delete the web page. Delete the web history do not sign and even do a reset just because.

This issue does happen to other sites if one does some google research. Some sites obviously have different codes that prevent this sort of thing and some do not.

Does this happen on your Iphones?

by GSDHeritage on 01 October 2018 - 18:10

This is happening on my Desktop computer so believe it is issue with Google Chrome.
Posted it to see if members having problems are using Chrome.

The problem is not limited to a single browser. It is related to the cache. If a local network shares any caches in the cloud, then it can return unless all the caches have been cleared at the same time. And histories. A web history can store an affected cache.

Safari and Chrome both have tons of ads! This is what I see logging into the database with Safari

Ruger, it is programmed into the website to prevent sabotage bot attacks. If you attempt to post too often and quickly, it puts an automatic temporary block on you. Wait until that happens a few times and then you get warned about being a possible spammer with a year's detention. That one is really scary, with a sinister black background. I was told there isn't anything to do about the timeout except wait it out.

So, the moral of the story is to spread out your posts and don't get in a back and forth conversation, you'll reach your limit then, pretty darn quick.
