They look like different dogs. Check the black markings, especially the line that runs along the bottom part of the saddle. One has a much bigger notch extending downward. The dog that is less red also has more sable on the back of its neck.
Anyway, wouldn't buy either or use as stud...

It doesn't look like the same dog to me. The Coat pattern and markings about the head/ears are different.
