Ibrahim,

We do breed showlines.....and we also have always loved the woring line dogs.

Because we choose to "compete" in the Conformation venues, we have always chosen to breed strong, sound showlines...but also capable of other venues.

Our goal has always been to breed "good, sound dogs"...no matter SL or WL.....but we also wanted to continue in the hobby of our choice, and since *goals* are

always planned with a future in mind.....we have incorporated WLs to our program also. We believe in a total dog...and would be proud to participate in creating such.

It was important to us to bring new, healthy genetics to our program....since the bloodlines are simply becoming bottlenecked (which is unhealthy for either lineage).

We have already whelped two "cross-bred" litters (one recently)...and the other 12 mos ago.   *Both litters have been excellent...so far.*

Personally...(I have ALWAYS loved sables!).....and thankfully, I have a couple of wonderful sable dogs.

Here is a picture of last years 1/2 & 1/2 breeding.....he is 4- 5 mos old in picture.  He placed VP2 in his class.

Here is a 5 1/2 wk old 1/2 & 1/2 (recent litter).

another from the same litter..

and one more...

I got to say, to see a reputable breeder that both works and shows their dogs, utilizing the dogs, for the betterment of the breed, is a welcoming trend.
I also love that you say what you see so far, is excellent.
Far to many times we see where the 'experts' claim this is not a good road to travel, to which I have always disagreed.
Your dogs are a perfect example of well thought out breedings, with nice end results.
Best wishes for you and your dogs.
(I was going to say good luck, but dogs this nice do not appear by luck...they come through knowledge and devotion).
