Care to elaborate, Keith? I know there is one person on Facebook complaining that the judging was "off." I have seen some of the dogs in other competitions and their pro scores were consistent with what I havwe seen, as well as their WDC pro scores. What did you observe? What did you think of the female teams? Did any stand out to you?

I wasn't really paying much attention to who was who and which dogs were which, Nia, so I can't tell you which dog it was and, in fact, it was a very nice dog with good work but the dog took two dirty bites in the protection and still scored a 97...not sure how that is possible.  The dog that followed was clean albeit not quite as intense and got a 90.

We must never say anything against helpers or Judges at theae events not going by the WUSV last year when several pulled me up when i said a helper and a Judge were not up to it, They slated me then so make sure of your facts first

However Top Job to the overall winner and also to Mike Diehl for being a really close second, first class job

There isn't anything subjective about the dog taking a bite when it's not supposed to; it either happened or it didn't.  Everyone who was watching saw it happen so there is no question about "facts".

FWIW, I saw the judge give a 99 in protection later in the afternoon to a Malinois who I thought definitely earned it.

Three out of the top five are GSD's.  Nice.    Shade and Reiki being 5th!  I picked well.
