I don’t like an overweight dog, but this girl needs about 5-10 lbs. on her. I bet she is about 55 lbs if that.
It’s not my dog tho.

Give it a year or so and it will fill out nicely.

Was going by what ValK said* about the pic s/he was trying to post, without being able to see it. Maybe the dog in the picture is pure GSD - if she is, I doubly wouldn't want to take her home. She is not a good specimen IMO. It may be that she is young (although I would not say very young, looking at the head - that 2.5 years would probably be correct) but she does as Nans so eloquently puts it "need groceries". Like Dawn, I have often been told by people (who are NOT specialists in dogs, let alone GSDs !) that my dogs (of all ages) are "too thin" - but they have never been allowed to look like the one in this photo; and as long as my Vet is happy with them, and other, knowledgeable, GSD people are happy, so am I.
* "malinois-ish"
I think the WGSL on the left of the first picture looks as if she may be younger, and somewhat slender; but I suspect she looks worse when photographed with the heavier Working bitch. (Who I sincerely hope is surely NOT the same sable as the one in the second, semi-emaciated photo, even a couple of years later !).
