I'm not the one having a problem with differing opinions on this thread, YOU are.

It looks like people infected with this strain don't bleed out as with past strains. Most people don't know the person they were in contact with had ebola. They can look normal. It could be that the survival rate is better than 40%, and some cases don't even know what they had was ebola. (Other outbreaks had a survival rate of only 12%)

Because opinions are like assholes, we all have one and to be frank with you I don't have a problem with different views, but when those views go against common sense and scientific proof and keep being parroted by people who aren't doctors or scientists, yes I will take issue with what they say because it simiply is not true. Considering most of the people spreading falsehoods are scared of their own shadows and the government (only when a democrat is in office) are the true morons in this.

Sneezing spreads bodily fluids, which are therefore airborne. Supposedly, only when a person is symptomatic are they contagious. The man from Lyberia was not symptomatic when he flew. But even still, the airlines are contacting everyone who flew on each connecting flight and telling them to monitor their health because at this point, they don't know for sure if a person could be contagious a day before or hours before they are symptomatic. If Ebola cannot be spread through the air by coughing or sneezing, then why is the first thing healthcare workers are instructed to do with a suspected Ebola patient is put a surgical mask on them, covering their nose and mouth?

The family member are still under quarantine and the incubation period is not yet up, so no one knows is any of them contracted ebloa or not at this time....same goes for any of the other passengers on the plane and all hospital staff who came into contact with him. It can take, supposedly, up to 21 days to incubate. Would any one who believes the propaganda being spread about how difficult Ebola is to contract, like to go to west African countries involved in the outbreak and walk around, unprotected by gear, and go into the "hospitals", homes of sick and dying, and spend a few hours mingling without actually touching the sick, hemorrhaging people?

Alex Jones is the king of conspriacy theories and he sells the tin foil for the hats of his listerners.  He's figured out that you find a product and then build a conspiracy to market it.  He's making millions off of fear that he instills in his listeners and they buy it, hook, line and sinker.

While this can be spread with a sneeze you still must come in direct contact with the snot and you must get that body fluid into your system to become infected and not just breath the air that they sneezed in an hour ago.
