Blitzen do you breed GSD's? I thought you showed Malamutes? I was asking because you have a lot of info on GSD's..maybe you used to breed them? Hey if this is old info..sorry..I'm new here.

LOL, yes it is old information, Brandoggy. I have bred Malamutes, not so much anymore, my last litter was 7 years ago. It's really hard to find good homes for that breed. I still show them at AKC shows. I don't breed GSD's, at one time I thought I might like to, but have changed my mind. I own a pet male, my second GSD. I'm a dog nurd, have always been into learning about working breeds and most of the stuff I've learned in my 35 years in Malamutes can be applied to the GSD. Structure, movement, HD, UAP. health issues, nutrition,etc; learn the basics and it can be applied to all breeds. Thanks for asking.

patrishap, i feed the carrots raw and as finely blended as possible,if you have black/red dogs check their color in a month or so after adding carrots it might look deeper..i feed about a tablespoon per day. can any one comment on how bones ,raw chicken can be digested and raw eggshells can pass through?

It should at least the first two ingredients contain meat products and fillers down the line of ingredients.
