Of course, none of us know really what is going on here, but I want to point out Deuces Wild has posted on this board before, asked questions about his young dogs & been appreciative to those who have responded.  Well, Das Hinterlands has agreed to refund half the $$ & DW has agreed to accept same.  Sounds like the two of them just needed this board to work out their differences and now all parties can live happily ever after once DH follows through.

I don't appreciate being called a liar, I did not say this was my first time on here I said I don't have time very often, I do not advertise my business on here, and I have spoke to you several times on the phone and you are very rude and disrespectfull to me BUT not my husband, and I refused to talk to you because you treat me as a woman very bad. My husband has talked with you  several  times and has told you he would refund all your money as soon as he could, this was so unecessary, I still have all the loud, rude, threatening messages on my machine, we don't come in the house from the kennel til usually 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. I have never avoided you. You actually called last week mad because I bought two puppies, well they were 9 wks old when I purchased them and are now 8 mths. old, A very long time before I ever met you.  Yes you did meet me when I picked him up but not 25 miles and thats because I said I couldn't find your house. I still drove 70 miles, not many trainers pick up or deliver especially at no charge, and I did both, When we ask you before considering buying if you had another trainer work him, you said no, and I knew better that is the reason we wasn't interested. I have your contract and I gave you a copy and guess what my email address is on it so why did you not email me not even one time, if you say you couldn't contact me any other way than this Post? Theres alot I could say about where you keep your dog and how you deal with others on dog business, but I won't go there. But you know the truth and this is the last time I am having anything to do with your so called way of dealing and I am not going to leave ANYMORE POSTS........this is childish. As far as the name calling, you are grumpy even when I first met you, before this, you gotta give respect and be nice, before being respected it doesn't matter what Jobs you held, my father and husband both worked in the mines very hard, but people know and respect them for who they are and not what they do. I cannot believe I stooped to your level on here. I will not check this post again, Do not call me anymore, and talk about lying YOU HAVE NEVER EMAILED ME NOT ONCE!!!!!!!!!!! Just like my husband told you a few days ago when we did not know you had even done this. He has every intention on paying you. How long does it take you to pay people you owe? like for pups...................

Proud poppa, THANKS for the advise, but when I spoke with him, I thought he would make an effort, I already have learned a very valuable lesson, if owners can't find the time or just don't want to, or are not Able to, come to our kennel and watch their dog work and learn proper handling. Jesse by the way your money will be here next Friday the 20th, But I am not bringing it to you, You can drive 94 miles and visit my kennel like you should have in the first place, it will be strictly on a professional basis and you will be ask to sign a receipt by you and will be put in your file, in which every contact by phone or computer that we have had is also in. I think you owe me that much. So you can see my dogs and how they work and also some of the obedience dogs we have here for other people, One of the posters said it right, not every dog works for someone other than who trained it. Not all trainers use the same techniques, and I offered to work with him and you more and you refused. But I still will offer to help you with your dog when you come down if you want. Because when it is all said and done I like to satisfy any customer and make the dog more enjoyable as your pet, I house and crate trained him for you because you said you wanted to keep him in the house. He did great here. If you decide to come down I promise to treat you with respect.

Wouldn't it be simpler and more professional just to mail the guy a check for the $250.00?  It's not like it's a kings ransom.  He said he has a new trainer and the dog is doing well, so you should be happy for him & leave it at that.

First I thank you if you are truely going to give me my money back as promised.  I will let everyone on the board know if you kept your word.  I would appreciate it if you mailed it but I will come and get it if you will not do it any other way.    I just never believed you to be like this when we met you.  I will not say anything more about you or your business as long as you refund my money.  By the way, I can handle dogs, I have had german shepherds for over 30 years.  The dog responds very well now that proper training has been done.  I am very pleased with my new trainer and he uses lots of praise to train the dog.  And lastly, both on pick up and return you had BUSINESS down here is the only reason you came.  I had to wait an extra week because you said you couldn't come until the day you had to be here already.  OH and one more thing crate training does not mean leaving my dog in his crate all night the first week letting him use the bathroom on his self until he stopped on his own.  That is how your husband told me he learned not to poop all over his self.  But again I am done with you and your husband a, as long as, I get my refund.  But you should really learn to train dogs and deal with people long before ever starting a business.

Ronda, one question for you.  What are you talking about "paying for pups",  I have never bought a pup from you or anyone else and not paid for it.  Please explain.
