What the hell are you talking about southerbelle? She is beautiful! Nice front, rear angulations, good size, good topline and croup. So what if the pgiment is slightly faded! No dog is perfect!

Not according to SV Judge Rudiger Mai or Fred Lanting.
Here's Rudiger's critique of Zambi from a show in FL. a few weeks ago written by Fred Lanting.
"In Adult untitled classes, Brittany Banus’ coated bitch got a G-1 (Good)but the judge noted, “no structural faults”. She was indeed very well put together".
I guess you know more than Mai & Lanting??????

Brittany,
thanks for the help the other day, love the look of your dog i just bred my love to the grandson of Cash vom Wildsteiger Land , he looks like the Land line , he is rich red and blk , she is blk and tan import German working lines, i was hoping to get a good blend of working and show , the studs owner wants to show in the working show ring, and i was hoping to get a female show quality for breeding , as the stud is about to lose his blood line, so we will see what way the line goes. The stud looks like your dog but ,and it is hard to tell, color in pictures and i guess you had just groomed her, so he looks darker in red than her, but i think my female will tone down some of it, but i hope she will improve the gene pool a bit as she has no in-breeding in her line and she is a great looking dog, so we will see . I,ll be watching yours to see what she does so we can compare , as im still learning and have lots of questions. Have you breed her? I would love to see her puppy,i bet they would be as beautiful as i hope these turn out, well i see soon enough.Best to you and your baby

I think Zambie is gorgeous. I'm not familiar with show lines, but that is something I plan on doing. I love her color and I don't think she looks like any long/plush coat. To me in the picture she just has an extra fluff by her ears.

This dog has a nice richly enhanced red pigment that is very beautiful, even with the Photoshop touch ups. She has a nice set of head-feathers by her ears that remind me of a beautiful phoenix rising up out of the ashes. I am a bit concerned over the angulation and cow hocks.

harley, hi there. Yes I have LOTS of headshots of Zambi. I just love taking pictures of this gorgeous young lady. Unfortunatly She recieved her coat genes on her mothers side. Out of all of the puppies that i've seen that was sired by Santos (Zambi's father) I've never spot 1 that was lacking of such pigmentation. Zambi def. got it from her mothers blood.. Karly von Arminius sire this issue to some of his progeny, Just research Karly progeny and you will see what I'm saying.

Thank you for all of your Compliments.. However I cannot get Zambi her SchH titles without having to do another BH simply because I trial her under a temp BH scorebook. I don't have Zambi's Ear tattoo'ed yet. In order for me to obtain GSDCA WDA sorebook it's required to have the dogs ear tattoo'ed. I Will do them in the beginning of may when she goes in for her final hip/elbows xrays. It doesn't bother me having to re do her BH... It will give me plenty of time to correct my handling and some of the mistakes that she done.. Overall the Judge LOVED Zambi's performance. I'm so happy for her and proud to be the owner of Zambi. We work like a team, Like a partner.

Funkman, You have never seen Zambi close up and person. You have no right to say such things. If you are serious about saying that Zambi looks like a Collie then I personally suggest that you go to an eye doctor or fire your current eye doctor because she does not look NOWHERE like a collie.. Hopefully you can get your eyes examined by a good doctor and hopefully get treatment for your problem.

As for the people looking at this comment box... Funk man has an obsession with me... He/She stalks each posts i make, or reply.. and thinks of a smart ass comment to post, especially if it has anything to do with long coats... as I was once brainwashed into believing that Zambi was a longcoat... I actually believed from the people who do not know a damn thing about the shepherd breed, as always... I just love the saying "Older and wiser" I requested that he/she stop playing theses guessing games and tell us who he/she is... including showing us his/her dogs... unfortunatly he/she failed to do so. Do not give in to this anonymous freak.

This is a dog pedigree, used by breeders and breed enthusiasts to see the ancestry and line-breeding of that individual dog. The pedigree page also contains links to the dogs siblings and progeny (if any exist). For dog owners with purebred dogs this is an excellent resource to study their dog's lineage.
