Middelkrachtige, middelgrote reu, goede schofthoogte, lange rug, korte afvallende kroupe, voor en achter goed gehoekt. Goed front, voldoende borstdiepte, voorborst moet zich nog ontwikelen. Gaat achter korrekt, voor los. Tijdens de draf toont de hond gebonden gangen en is de rug niet vast. Moed, Kampftrieb en Hardheid zijn uitgesproken.
