I rotated some.  Did not really see a difference among them, so I went with what I could get my pickiest eater to always eat.

beef and potatoe

Jyl, I'm going to add 1/2 California Natural to the 4health I think, I obviously don't want a 'fat' german shepherd, and she usually bulks up over the winter anyhow, but I think she needs that extra oomph right now. She's very very high energy , but I just think she's gotten to thin on it, so will add the cal natural for some carbs and see how that goes..

As for 'flavors' of the 4 health I was using, the fish/ my aussie didn't like it, gsd loved it, the chicken, gsd loved it, aussie didn't LOL,,now doing the turkey and both like it:) but I may try the beef :)

Jakoda CD,
From what I remember the California Natural does not have that many caleries in the food. If you do plan on mixing something with the 4Health that you are feeding I would look at a different food than the California Naturals.

I switched mine from wellness to 4H simple of the ever increasing price of wellness and now other foods being very comparable and cheaper. I tried several of the grain free, mine didnt do so well on the beef/potatoe - had mushy poops. Did better on the whitefish one, but missed the fat in it. Now mixing the grain free fish one with the 4H Performance (not grain free, but 30% protein and 20% fat) and this seems to work. Nice soft coat and good weight.

Had my pups started on the 4H puppy food and it backfired on me. 3 weeks of yellow thin mushy poop was enough. Even though they did gain weight like crazy and look amazing. Too rich, too much for ever hungry pups?
