I was in Colorado. Where were you "Hexe"?
Still waiting for ONE actual person to state they looked exactly where Hex body was found.
How long are you going to continue to throw up red herrings? You trying to act like you're all
pro law enforcemetn after making the false claim they closed the case based on receiving a phone call is
ridiculous.
It's time to release the toxic reports and the rest of the Necropsy and for the PI to close the case.
ALL the information is available now.

Thomas, do you really not get it?

It's not your call to make on when to release anything.

It is  not your call to make on when the PI should close the case.

Somehow I really doubt if the PI or the family are consulting with you on what information is ready and  fail to see how you can state so confidently that the information is all available.

Your sense of of ownership in this tragedy is puzzling and your constant strident demands are unsettling.

I'm with Hexe on this one. It appears that Thomas has a grudge against Al that goes much deeper than merely questioning how the disappearance and subsequent post-mortem recovery of a dog is being handled. The incredible amount of time and energy he has devoted to insulting and discrediting Al, and anyone who has or would support Al and his family here (likely elsewhere as well)  has, in my humble opinion, damaged his own credibility beyond all repair. His continued rantings indicate more an unhealthy infatuation than any real quest for "truth."

Sorry I got drug back into this but lets get it straight.

Thomas and his ilk take such great pleasure in this thread because it all stems back to the UCSA and AWDF issues. They have absolutely no interest in a dog loosing it,s life or the possibility of wrong doing. Hell i,d even garner a wage that Thomas is buddies with the people involved with the lawsuit that is presently active in the clubs situation so any thing to rub salt in the wound.

Thomas:

I,m friends of Al and Jeff and there families  there good people and your just a  trying to make a bigger deal than what is needed. Your all concerned about the money well  can,t you find anything better to do out west? Obviously you did,nt donate any money so quit wasting your time whinning about it.

This is the problem with the internet everyone has a opinion and on the net they can fling it out there but most don,t have the ****** to say it or make a big deal about it to the concerned parties face where I come from it,s called being a coward and many of you posting here under what ever name fit,s it well.

Go back to the grassroots site and  let people who honestly care help the fammily deal with the problem.

Hex rest in peace, and comfort to the family.

Now you and Betty have gone and hurt my feelings?
You're riight I don't have a "need to know". You supporters can keep up with your conspiracy theories and avoid
any questions about the inconsistancies in your claims. Yeah blast all over the news media and the Internet
that Hex was stolen and murdered but when the story starts to fall apart claim a right to privacy. Claim
"we can't comment on advise of council" but then get a few people to leak reports. When you start losing supporters you just add another "person" to your account and post under another name? Opps you've been busted for that. This isn't about Hex anymore,  so trying to gain sympathy with stories about him nudging you awake aren't going to work. Hex was a great dog, greatly loved, respected and greatly missed, that's a given
The only question is how he died. Either an accident like the sherriffs report says or stolen, drugged, murdered
and dropped across the street twelve days later like a few of you would like us to believe.

Don't release any reports ever. The lawsuits will come to court and get settled and everyone will see exactly what all of this is about.

Which event is your trigger Thomas?  The lawsuit or the death of Hex.

Just how involved are you with the lawsuit?  Are you a member of the club?

by Betty on 19 December 2011 - 15:12

And pot meet kettle.  You seem to link the lawsuit with the death of Hex which some may call a conspiracy theory and you certainly gloss over any inconsistencies in events that support your hit by the truck theory and dismiss anything that may suggest something else.

by Betty on 19 December 2011 - 15:12

And here is another conspiracy theory for you Thomas.

I doubt very much that you are a member of the club so someone is feeding you information.  Why?  Why are they trying to squash everything before the case comes to court?

Why is it so important to "someone" that the investigation into Hex's death be derailed?  Why is it so important that Al be discredited?

Why do they feed the information to someone else to do their dirty work?

I don't know what the conclusion of the investigation will state.  I don't know how the lawsuit will play out.  I'm willing to wait and see on both.

Why arent you?  Hmmmmmm   Just another conspiracy theory.

McKown

You sure talk brave from behind a keyboard.
My "problem with Al Govednik" ? There is none, never met the man, never talked to him on the phone, never trialed under him or competed against him. My "problem" is someone who falsely claims (or suggests )that someone in the sport would kidnap and murder his dog over a lawsuit.
What "UCSA (sic) and AWDF issues." ?
