JIm, since you qouated from my reply by stating the same time frame I used, I will address this reply to you...When I said that time frame, I was not insinuating that is when it started... I meant it in the sense that  it was like that when I joined a little over a year ago.....

I didn't say that was when it started either, I said it got a little worse around then.  Around March and April to be more specific.  What a funny coincidence.
