Legal technicalities and being able to afford a better lawyer doesn't change the truth of the charges. At least the Judges Committee and the UScA EB have held Govednik partially responsible for his actions. You can believe whatever you want and make all the excuses you want. Any club that books Al Govednik as an judge can expect to be boycotted  and it to cost them entries.  Put that fact in your pipe and smoke it Bob

It's more then a couple of "grunts from MSSV". The UScA Judges Committe and EB have overwhelmingly voted to censure Al for some of his actions.
. "Working things out face to face like men"? Al Govednik is the one that falsely accused  MSSV members of stealing and murdering his dog. He's the one that involved the police and the media and posted his false accusations and conspiracy theories all over the internet. As far as any boycotts go?
We'll see what happens.  IF Al Govednik posts a genuine apology (not something crafted by his lawyer) and takes responsibility for his actions then maybe he can salvage some credibility?  If Al was a "good judge" like you claim,  his license wouln't have been downgraded to Probationary and he wouldn't be on probation for 18 months

All of these threats of getting even and physical retribution are the real story here,
characteristic of the underlying goon elements in USCA and associated with
Roetemeyer, Grewe and the Govednik brothers.

Tire slashings in the lead up to the last election, all of the bar room macho man
talk.

If they had a story to tell, they should just tell it, the results of the election speak
for themselves.

What is laughable is you still think it has to do with dog stuff!!! That ship has sailed, You guys crossed that line long ago. .

Wake up Mc Kown. No one is buying the Al Govednik being a victim of the evil MSSV members, the incompetent Henry County Sheriff Department, the inept Vet who did the first necropsy or anyone who has questioned his ridiculous claims.                       Evediently the judge who is over seeing it does 3 Times to boot " He has a better lawyer" thats your play? you muling quim! Charges brought 3 times and 3 times were dismissed!!! Wether you like it or not it,s public record, I believe it was a summery judgement so the judge would not even hear the case,s because of lack of evidence. No matter how you or Jim want to spin it. And as far as USA is concerened they made there call on what they felt was need for punishment it had nothing to do with Hex as you and Jim keep trying to connect! right or wrong in my opinion has no bearing on it they made the call as rules called for so be it!


And as far as clubs being "Black balled" or what ever your threat was for using Al as a judge?...  your not even a member of a club or orginization are you? how about Jim? Tom from what I,ve been told you have left or been tossed out your self from any decent orginization here and from the numerous emails i,ve gotten today I guess your also wearing out your welcome with the mondio crowrd also!


Let me make it perfectly clear This isn,t about Dead Dogs, This isn,t about people breaking up clubs that thru hard work swet and years of devotion were laid assunder by a few malcontents, It,s about you and your buddy runnng off at the mouth humping your key boards because there won,t be any thing done about it, It,s about a good man getting drug thru the mud by key board cowboys like you and your buddy.
