Well, after being asked by many dozens of people to completely verify the details about SP, I went through my logs, 2 months worth and did not find him using the security holes I find nor his alleged abuse.

Well, Mudwick, you are entitled to your opinion. You are entitled to your free speech. These things I do not contest.
I actually respect YOUR rights, even if you do not respect mine.
Fact: I had a struggling / failed kennel business, now eleven years ago.
Fact: I kept all my agreements with the court, as per agreement.
Fact: I took a plea, and yes, technically that is an admission of guilt and technically it is a conviction. However, in my own defense, I am still free to tell MY side of it, if I like. I would rather let it be.. But, I feel that I am being put on the spot continually, even baited, to make comment on this incident, and I usually refrain, especially to specious questions and accusations. I made no gag agreements. I would RATHER have put this behind me and go on with my life (which I should have a right to do), but it is OTHER people who are repeatedly shoving this all in my face, and I believe that their intent is malicious, to cause harm. I FEEL as if I am being harrassed, and perception is one legal condition which must be met to allow a the sufferer to file a complaint. To be more specific, I believe that the posting of an old address (at which I no longer reside, for many years), is inivitation / solicitation of harrassment. I asked the man who now lives there if anything was out of the ordinary, and he said that someone had entered the property. THAT is what I am talking about. HE may be able to file charges, too, if anyone makes a false complaint, and yes.. that is a crime.
You may FEEL certain things and have certain opinions, i.e. that "animal abusers" should wear a scarlet letter on their foreheads or be tracked, harrassed, deinied the right to make a living or gain useful employment and even to have anything to do with animals or children.. You are welcome to your opinion, and you are welcome to your free speech. But, this is NOT the law. The law is the law and not per your opinion. And, you are not allowed to hunt, stalk, harrass, bully, humiliate, defame and otherwise menace someone, just because you do not like them or agree with them. You cannot do that which is not legal, for any cause.
There was absolutely nothing in my agreement with the court that I should never own animals, again. If you do not rsspect the decision of the court, then YOU are the one who is out of line.
It is ancient history. Let it go. I am no longer in the dog business. If you feel that you are compelled to work on social problems, then there are plenty of them needing attention. There is no merit or validity in harrassing anyone, and there are laws on the books regarding cyber bullying.
