I think the opportunity zones were already happening for the past three years. And yes, the burn loot and murder happened in those same neighborhoods...yes black lives matter burned down the businesses of other blacks. blm does not give a shit about black lives. But the Opportunity Zones was already in progress since 2017 and those are the places blm targeted...

Certain Opportiunity Zone streets targetd.  Buildings specifically being targeted.  What BIG money is already set up to come in & buy for pennies on the dollar, & then reap the huge benefits for improving this designated area?

 

Sure cheaper to purchase once devastated, than have to pay a fair price for an intact building in an intact area.

The burning happened after the blaks were already using them for business....taxpayers always are paying the money for government projects.
