AUBS47, before you get too involved, you might want to send a private message to the poster, 'yellowrose of texas', since she actually traveled all the way from TX to FL to help this fellow out with his situation, and stayed there for some period of time getting his place cleaned up and such, so she's in the unique position of having first-hand experiences with him recently [meaning within the past few years].
