I met Rex on a trip to Illinois. I went up with a friend who was breeding his female to him and was only able to spend a few hours there. I did not do any bitework, but enjoyed his dominate and aloof attitude that he carried wherever he went. His eyes were black as coal and he had that stare that just looked right through you. It was winter with snow on the ground. He looked like a bear with his big head and masculine structure. I already owned a female out of Rex and the person I went up with was influenced a lot by her overall character and expression. My female was a little sharp, showed very little defense until she was mature. Better than average prey. The person who was there breeding his female was very happy with the litter, which was quite big if I recall. Several of his offspring went into law enforcement.
