We are a small run family business, breeding home reared, medium/large boned, straight backed, well-adjusted puppies with fantastic personalities, unique color and coat lengths. We keep our operation small, which enables us to give each individual puppy the ultimate in personal attention to maximize their socialization and personal skills.
All our dogs are tested for Degenerative Myelopathy (DM), Hyperuricosuria and Multi-Drug Resistance 1 (MDR1) We raise our puppies with a holistic approach and our goal is to produce impressive, intelligent but balanced dogs, with the wonderful temperament that you would expect in a GSD. Our main goal a GreenBarn-GSD is to breed primarily for loyal companions, family pets or trusted guard dog, that will become beloved family member. We are not interested in showing our dogs as we do not believe any color is a bad color and therefore do not guarantee them as such. However, that does not mean that they could not be trained in agility, obedience, protection or any other direction you may choose.
We breed from American and Imported pedigree lines as the humans in our pack also come from American and Imported lines.
