New line of AKC (soon UKC registered) dogs coming in the near future following DM clearances and OFA ratings! Here at White Fang we target healthy West German lines and balanced temperaments whether it be for family, companion or work desires. Strong in mind, body and intelligence! Family first is what we focus on with the understanding that the breed was first and foremost bred for herding and live stock protection. Though I do not care for a "white" dog in general, I do practice the infamous words of Stephnitz:  In his 1921 book, Stephanitz wrote, "The coloring of the dog has no significance whatsoever for service" and "Our German Shepherd Dogs have never been bred for color, which for the working dog is a matter of quite secondary consideration. Should any fashion breeder allow himself to pursue such a senseless fad, he might be bitterly disappointed." Our foundation male carries the black gene (his dad was black and comes from a line of blacks/sables) and so we primarily focus on blacks and black and tans but sables could come up.
