The Breeding Program here at Sater-Nordlicht is based upon top quality dogs and bitches and draws from over 40 years of experience. We strive to produce dogs who are beautiful, sound both mentally and physically , trainable highly intelligent and easy to live with.

Robert Scholes, owner of Nordlicht Kennels, and breeder of over 50 AKC champions joined with Donna Sater of Saterhaus German Shepherds to continue this tradition of excellence. With Robert's passing in August of 2006, Donna is now carrying on this successful breeding program.
