Okay, I looked at Zambi's pedigree and picture. Like the linebreeding on Eiko Kirschental, line to Putz Arjako through Asswan. I suspect she might have some decent working ability, given my experience with dogs from her bloodlines over the years.
Pigment IS an issue. Her red color is beautiful, but the fading saddle and light hind legs and feet are serious issues that must be corrected in the next generation, that is if you plan to breed her. I'm guessing she has some white toenails in the rear.
The quickest way to improve pigment in her produce would be to breed her to a dark sable dog, of course (see Margit Van Dorssen's article on the gray dog at www.arlett.de) but desireable results could come from using a deeply pigmented black & red-brown dog, preferably with a solid, saddle and a pronounced mask
Just my thought...

I think these feet are normal, rescue dog.very long hares feet and slightly splayed, he has very long nails and has pulled a nail back a couple times. Rescue dog with crappy conformation anyway.
nice tight little feet, long nails due to her being younge and a total spaz. We will trim them when she gets knocked out for prelims. Dog of good breeding and conformation.
Anyone else have any input or sifference in opinion? I just took a stab at some of my own dogs feet. No easty westy going on here. I'd like to get a pic of Badens feet he has square cat like feet for a different look.
