MAYBE THEY SOLD THIS COUPLE THEIR TINY DOG?
by beetree on 22 July 2007 - 21:07
It is highly likely the are supplied by class "B" breeders. Ask who the breeders name is, google it and search the list, which is made public courtesy of the US Govt.. If you find their name, then you can be assured you have found a "puppy miller".

It's the island of Dr. Moreau (doggy version)!

I think you all are all jumping the gun. Many GSD kennels have large numbers of dogs and these all look well taken care of. I doubt these people actually breed these dogs but get them from backyard breeders etc and resale them so they end up in a good home..

Oops, I made a mistake, it is Class B dealers.... kind of like the description DR just gave except they have no idea or care if the animals in question end up in a good home. Give it a google, you'll see what I mean.

I like their claim that the "bully beagle" has "the looks of a bulldog without the health problems". They have no way of knowing either of those things, or even what size the pup will turn out to be if both parents were purebred.

What about the latest fad in the VA/NC area I think it is called a golden doodle or something like that golden retreiver and must be standard poodle cause they are pretty big. People paying 1200 bucks for a mutt with a name...LOL

by DesertRangers on 23 July 2007 - 01:07
LOL..I was just joking around, no telling where the pups come from and it appears to be a skam making alot of money off of people without a clue what they are buying...

by Rezkat5 on 23 July 2007 - 01:07
only 1200 in VA. people are paying 1500 in NJ for those!
these dogs are pretty big and have lots and lots of coat! and act pretty much just like golden retrievers!

my sister in law (not even a dog lover) paid big bucks for one of these mutts. (labradoddle) they could not house train the stupid thing and ended up giving it to an aunt and uncle who have several dogs and know how to housetrain..........still no success. the last i heard about the dog was that it peed in the uncle's ear one day when he was taking a nap. good god! why on earth would anyone purposely breed something so worthless?!? oh, yeah, i know...........they did it for the money. still more bizarre, is the fact that people will buy these poor creatures. what a sad situation.
