The Title Means Nothing to me i do not need to here from a hear say,nay given american appointed judge what my dog should be doing. when you know if you work his dog you arecoaxing the bite with a roast beef soaked sleeve, and if you have a better dog he trys to whisper in the helpers ear to break the dog. My dog Can Not Be broken, i've been bounced from a Schutz. field because the dog is to real; he searched the blinds went in for the bark and hold and held the helper, the helper was wearing a baseball cap and then went all irky jerky as if he was going to head butt the dog so the dog took him out by his hat. Schutz. shows some nerve. my dogs that i train have to show full nerve we do obsticles starting at 6 weeks old true tracking for man and article were the dogs utilize THIER NATURL TRACKING ABILITIES not some percieved ability were they cant air scent or sight sent, to much politics in all sports. my dog is also a service dog he goes on plays trains buses super nerve more then most schutz. dogs.THe Dogs ive seen are not socialized other then schutz. My Dogs Work With Other dogs and people in the field too. Dogs that could be down right dog agressive working together ( But they Do Nothing But there Job Create Goal Orientation)Schutz. is just the basics behind a well rounded dog. My protection dogs only go to the next level if they are smart enough to fight back you raise a stick to hit the dog the dog shoud be thinking disarm the PERP. Our Dogs work in Vehicles, elevators wood floors, concrete on top of cars in fox holes under barb wire constant gun fire moving vehicle repelling down buildings etc. i do not see to many Schutz. GSD's Capable of this Or is it maybe just the Schutz. trainers holding their dogs back.

Also the Satndards in schutz. has dropped so much the wall partial eliminationof a true courage test working the dog over with a stick you cant bring the stick over your head to work the dog (in Hockey we call it a high Sticking) No Yelling During the courage test. A Sleeve has to be presented to in form the dog where to bite. To much adujstment from the original schutz. made it just a sport and a routine that i have seen a Jack russel terrier perform here in the states all phases of the sport!!

Any GOOD (IMO) K9 can be titled if when the owner/handler is willing to put in the time and effort. That said, (again IMO) if one is not willing to put in that time and effort to earn titles on their dog, they should not expect to use it as a stud dog. There's no shortage of excellent TITLED stud dogs available for breeding. I'd move on. SS

Shelley you are right, any good dog can be titled if you have the time but not just any titled dog is able to do the work of a true working K-9.These dogs and handlers usually work 12-14 hours a day and most time 6-7 days a week so sports and hobbys are not usually high on there list it is true to breed and make a consistent amount of money with the dog you have to campaign or people wont know you, but that too is a good thing there really arent enough quality bitches in my geographic area that i would like to breed with som in return i keep the line fairly fresh
