Here you are Again, you just don’t learn Felsenhof. You are back here once again pointing a finger at others. Is this a hobby of yours or are you trying to save face and justify your own immoral actions? By trying to look “good” by trying to discredit others, does it make you self justify your own actions? If someone wanted to waste their time they could do searches on all your posts on this forum the last 2 years and see that “poking the hornets nest” and trying to cause trouble for others is your favorite pastime and on one post you even admit it! You’re a joke. I’ve seen you do it dozens of times on here. It doesn’t work that way. It’s like going to Confession, and rather than admitting your sins as you should, you go in tattling about all the wrongs your neighbors, friends and coworkers have done and hoping it makes you look like a Saint? You think this will make the priest purge you of all your sins? Wrong! It doesn’t work that way. You’ve been found out, and not only by me, there are others that have reported you to multiple agencies and the courts for your deceptive and underhanded practices that you can’t run away from. They will always haunt you and you will not be forgotten for your sneaky practices and the wrongs you have done to others no matter how hard you try.

Vfh states above “When someone clearly is lying, and it can be proven, it should be, don't you think?” Yes, I defiantly agree. When someone is lying, it should be and has been proven, you in your own words have admitted to selling me a dog, being paid in full and then deciding you wanted to keep my dog yourself after you took over $3100.00 from me for her. I can only wait for the day in hopes to see your apology to the courts for wasting their time on all your suits and ravings which already have been denied, dismissed and rejected by the judge numerous times already during the last 6 months. The court itself may now consider fining your for your “frivolous civil lawsuits” and there are stiff legal penalties for repeatedly harassing the court will such suits. Meanwhile you have the “balls” to even attend this forum? Geeezzzzz. What would be more appropriate from you, is to see your apology to this forum for the wrongs you have committed, the devious acts and the lies you have told. Until then, we can only hope you crawl back into the dark hole you have been hiding in. Be assured, nobody is forgetting you Felsenhof, you will always be remembered….and it certainly won’t be for any good you have done in this World. This is my opinion of you, your ways and practices from my dealings with you, and I don’t stand alone. Sure, there are many Con Artists, sneaky and shady characters in this world, but whenever the topic of the crooks, thieves and cons in the GSD world comes up, you are the first person that comes to mind for me! I am only trying to do what I feel is the right thing to do here, stopping anyone that is the scum of the GSD world from continuing to con the public.

all i'm going to add to this is that "funk man" is Mike Madrone, he sold me a pup who is unregisterable because mike apparently didn't feel like paying for the shipping expenses of my pup's dam (hera), therefore mike didn't get the necessary papers to register her from the breeder in germany.

in addition, the "registration guarantee" in the purchase contract COULD be enforceable if i had the $$ to fly out to Maine a few times, ie, i could get the purchase price back, but hey, i don't, but at least my dog's microchipped!! and he has HD (at 15 mo his vet said he'd be a candidate for hip replacement in both hips), but he's a pretty boy (that counts right?).

last but not least, mike's kinda psychotic, so he generally responds with wild accusations-i refer you all to melanie's links- and personal (in his mind anyway) attacks. or he'll try the "red herring" approach (my kids do that too) rather than answer a direct question.

bottom line: my bad. i was a newbie, i bought a pup in spite of good advice not to, and here i am. live and learn, never again, and i will spread the word about mike madrone as far and wide as i can so no one else will go thru what i have. questions? contact me at chuckie@nntc.net. i'm not afraid to put it out there.

Chuckie, I've been there. I paid almost $1000 for the "wannabe alpha male" and never got papers for him. The breeder said she would mail the papers in a few weeks. When I called after a month and asked where the papers were, she hung up on me. My ex now has the dog with mild HD, torn ligamens in both his back legs and allergies up the ying yang.

I guess that's why I got so pissed when wannabe broker Clayton Warichek tried to keep my $950 deposit on an import puppy that didn't even exist. Lucky for me Clayton only lived a few hours from my house so I decided to pay him a personal visit. Drove to Milwaukee bright and early one Sunday morning when I figured there was a good chance he would be home. I could hear people inside the house but no one would answer the door. So I just kept knocking, knocking, knocking and knocking until the neighbors started looking out their windows wondering what was going on. Finally Clayton's wife answered the door and said Clayton was in the shower. I told her I would wait. Clayton appeared at the door a few minutes later--completely dry, of course. I told him I wanted my money back and wasn't going to leave until I got it. I told him the only way he would get rid of me was if he called the police and I would tell them what a crook he was. He kept telling me he didn't have the money so I asked Clayton how long it would take him to get it. He said he would mail me a check in about  a month. (Yeah, right.) So I said I would accept a postdated check for the following month and if it bounced I would prosecute him for passing worthless checks.

Miraculously, Clayton gave me a postdated check and it actually cleared the bank a month later.  I finally had my deposit back. I would take a drive to Maine. Nothing like a face-to-face with someone who owes you money.
