Shelley:  You have a good eye to notice the dog on his long down.  I was there and got to witness his antics first hand.  He was having such a good time rolling around, but never really moved to far out of place and when he stopped he was still in the same down position.  I don't even know if the judge ever saw him.  It was pretty funny.

Mel: Thanks for comments about Molly.  I appreciate all the  help you have given me with her this past year.  We certainly would not have come so far without your help.  I hope that Molly gets to continue to work with you.  She responds so well to you and seems to enjoy herself.  You really seem to get the best out of her.

 Thanks again,

Cheryl

Cheryl-

Been there, done that. Ha ha ha!

The worst thing is when you're sitting in a chair in the blind at some trial and your dog joins you.

"Hi Mom! Aren't you glad to see me?!"

Next worst: Turning around at the end of the field after the stand in motion...

and falling over your dog.

Entry fee: $35-150.

Travel to Event: $20-1500.

Look on your face: Priceless!

Shelley:

Now that I would have liked to have seen!  The whole time Mel was handling Molly - I was hiding, so terrified she would see me and run off the field!  These dogs are too funny.

Someday I'm gonna break my leg or something and have the time to put together a CD of all my bloopers tapes. I think I'll call it "Shelley's Greatest Hits." Onyx will be the headliner. I'll bill it as a Tragi-comedy.  I still laugh out loud some of the stuff I endured in front of crowds of people on trial fields... all laughing, some with me, some at me. I can play it for people who fail one phase before lunch and feel like crawling into a hole instead of finishing the trial... to bring their spirits up... while somebody else steals the keys out of their vehicle. LOL
