It is my goal as a breeder to ensure and produce only quality, healthy, vibrant and happy puppies, that are warm in character.I have always had a love for animals, being a vet technician I have always been involved with caring for and helping animal. My obsession with the German Shepherd breed started when a local trainer/ breeder asked if I wanted to assist with training and handling a few of his dog. Becoming more and more involved, and expanding my training and handling experience , I realized this was the dog for me and my life style. I decided to bring my own German Shepherd into my life. He taught me the true beauty of this wonderful breed.
We welcomed our first litter in 2013, and have had wonderful puppies here at Mitchellhaus. We plan to expand our breeding stock and produce a wonderful example of the true German Shepherd Dog. Our German Shepherds are bred with an emphasis on health, temperament and workability. Our dogs must possess sound temperaments and must be healthy from head to tail to make it in our breeding program. All of our dogs are raised in the home as part of the family, socialized to the extreme with people, dogs, children and various environments.

All of our dogs are available for potential puppy buyers to meet. They are highly intelligent and have a natural instinct to guard and protect. Perfect for family protection. In the past we have produced versatile dogs with sound minds, stable nerves, a high level of intelligence, and the drives to work but with the ability to settle down in the home. With excellent health, correct conformation, rich pigmentation, and substantial bone and heads are equally important qualities that we strive for in our breeding program. We health test all of our dogs before any breedings take place. All of our dogs are free of Hip and Elbow Dysplasia, and are DM clear.

We only have a small number of litters per year to ensure that each puppy gets the right amount of care and stimulation needed for proper development. They are fed a complete diet along with fresh meats, vegetables, fruits and they are supplemented with Salmon Oil, Vitamin C and ProBiotics. All of our puppy buyers have been extremely happy with their puppies.
