    Description

We are a small Working Kennel situated in the heart of rural County Down , Northern Ireland.
We are totally dedicated to Working and Trialing our  Flatcoated Retrievers were we have had great success with our current bitch  Walnutfarm Nuala. Nuala has been continually competing against Labradors here in Northern  Ireland for four years. She started off in Working Tests where she has won out of Novice and been place or won many Open and Intermediate  Tests. In 2008 we were part of the Ulster Select Team which traveled to Scotland to take on the mighty Tay Vally Gundog Association in the Kerr Cup Challenge Tests where  the Ulster Team beat Tay Vally by just 4 points. Gradually  she moved into Field Trials where she has won the Ulster Golden Retriever Club's A.V. 12 dog Novice Trial in 2008 and won a 3rd place and Gun's Choice in the Fermanagh Gundog Clubs A.V. 24 Dog 2 Day Qualify Stake in 2009. Getting 3rd in the 2 Day Stake gave Nuala enough points to win The Flatcoated Retriever Society's Riverside Cup which goes to the top Field Trialing Flatcoat in the UK that Field Trialing year. We are very proud of what this biddable, stylish and very affectionate bitch has achieved.
We are planning to breed Nuala in the spring to a very promising young dog we bought from the South of England, Ebony Callarada of Croobcovey whom we plan to Trial next year .  His sire Warreshmere Heath Rustic of Collarm won the Riverside Cup in 2008. We have high hopes for the proposed litter.
This will hopefully be  our first litter if all goes well.   Enquires welcome.
