I am VERY happy with their stuff. The leather goods (tracking harness and botcher) are first rate. Their tugs (firehose) are AWESOME. There is no tug on this planet that can standup to my imported male - save these. I've been using one for over a year and while well worn is STILL in one piece.
I give them a an A++.

I think they charge too much for their day backpack. I got a very nice one made by outward hound for $10 as one time special from Jeffers pet catalog. The working harness vest I plan to order as my friend has it and it is a nice piece of equipment for service dogs. Also their faux sheepskin covers for the straps I can make far cheaper at home with material from Wal-mart. Other than that they have some very nice things, some items such as the harness vest produced by them currently being sold on another site for about $30 more than they are selling it for. Great customer service and fast shipping, my friend says.
