"Harddawg, there are no absolute guarantees in life, and especially when purchasing a young mouse.  Next time, if it is that important to you that your mouse has all of its finger, toes and nose, then purchase an already titled and grown mouse."

I guess you are right Do Right. I should show more caution and stop throwing money around to people I don't know. But still I wanted everyone here to know about Mickey Mouse kennels and I want them to take my anonymous opinion and help me to destroy them even though I have poor communication and decision making skills.  I thought I was going to get a breeding machine make tons of puppies and get rich. They ruined my dreams!

Mickey Mouse Kennels are dream destroyers!

harddawg, you should have known better, you can't get puppies from a mouse! You destroyed your own dreams by not doing your homework.

Don't even get me started on Scrooge Kennels.  You think that MM Kennels are stealing your money/  Ha.  They are amateurs compared to Scrooge Kennels.  They told me that if it walks like a VA, talks like a VA and looks like a VA, it will be a VA.

Liars.

if you want to complain about Scrooge kennels ,start your own thread. This thread is for trashing Mickey Mouse Kennels.

Okay.  But they are owned and operated by the same people.  They are trying to put the "little guys" out of business.  I can barely make ends meet with my own BYB program.  I am churning them out as fast as I can, but I can't beat their big conglomerate discounts.  They are as bad as Wal Mart.

What the hell is the little guy supposed to do?  Stop making money off of baby mouses and get a 9 to 5 job?  Forget that!!!  I'll breed Winnie the Poohs before I do anything drastic like that.

Harddog...you have got to be kidding??  Not a venue for personal or private vendettas?? lol!  This is not a case of getting a resolution of a personal dispute.  It is a case of making the public, (those who choose to make use of this database which is offered up for the public's use)...aware (with permission) of a dog dealer who has, and continues...to take large amounts of money for dogs while leaving their new owners with animals who have no value because papers are not forthcoming, among other things.  Sorry, but if papers are indeed in order, it doesn't take that long to get the "papertrail" dealt with if you are doing what you should be doing within the process, when selling a dog.
Let me pose to you these questions.  Just for example: If you bought a dog for breeding, with the promise of her papers coming...and you bred the female, say...on her next heat cycle, 6 months from the date of purchase, again...with the recurring promise on many occasions that papers are forthcoming...would you be upset that all of your puppies from her subsequent litters are not able to be registered with AKC because you are not listed as owner of the dog with the SV in order to do a foreign transfer of ownership?    Would you enjoy being forced to deal with your puppy clients who are threatening to take you to court because they can't get papers on their animals through no fault of your own???  Would you like to have the previous owner of all future litters which are produced by your female be listed for the litter owner and breeder of the litter in the name of the previous owner, on all this bitch's future litters?  And would you be a bit upset that in the event this bitch was determined to be completely unbreedable, that since the female was never transferred over into the name of the importer... as required by the SV on ALL ownership transfers... a full year before you bought this female, would it anger you that since the transfer of ownership was not properly recorded at that time that technically, you don't even have the right to place this dog into a home because  the previous original owner is still listed as owner of  this dog?? For example, if dog was imorted in spring of 2006...yet remains still in original owners name.   One last question...how long should the papertrail actually take then, in order to keep you and others who purchase a dog out of the hot seat,  do you think??

Good point incubus. I've heard the sperm deteriates as a mouse ages. Maybe that's why so many dissatisfied customers of late? I've also heard that Mickey isn't really the one fathering these litters anyway.  Rumor has it they have quietly bought the yellow smiley face which would explain the lack of a nose. What color was this mouse?

I think many of us are tired of the constant whining form people who are idiots and get bamboozled. Your case is different CDL, you just don't have patience enough to wait for your papers. It's not inheard of for buyers to wait up to a year to get their paperwork occasionally. At least you have someone who has a great rep and many sales gone good. I have every reason to believe you will get your papers in time. DH is not the rip off artist you paint her to be.

Mickey Mouse Kennels...

I have waited another full year from the date of your above post on this matter.. Do you think I have been patient enough with the length of time I have now waited, and that I should have received my papers from DH by now?    I would have made this post update onto the Hustler thread, but alas, it has been removed.

From the original date of my dog purchase from Daniela, it will be 2 years at the end of June 2009.

What an honest ethical broker would do is refund her buyer, on a purchase where she can't make good on supplying registraton papers for transfer of rightful ownership on a dog she sells.

Can I have a show of hands from all those satisfied clients who have received rightful refunds from Daniela when they have not been able to get their papers on dogs sold them by DH!!!

I don't believe you or anyone else would consider it reasonable to wait this long to get papers on their "breeding female".

Proof is in the facts:  DH is actually the rip off artist that I originally painted her to be.
