stupid is the answer....doesnt deserve an answer ....doggy goes to quarantine and lots of bad advertisement for gsd owners....was this person a breed warden or a Schutzhund member who was in the park, lake or >/? The petsmart incident at least was very bad judgement and could have ended up as a bite case, but that shepherd was looking at a small piece of bait and no owner on the other end of a leash to correct it ,was bad, bad , and badder........ now question answered..................
