"It's just odd to me, how Riverdance posted she knew that picture was stolen, and then didn't post again, to back her allegation up." "Oh hey, and Riverdance... still waiting on that link! You were so quick to post that you SWORE that picture was stolen, and you knew where.... so what happened? Realize you were wrong? Maybe mistaken? " Maybe because I havent been online??? Unlike you, I have a life off this computer and no need to check this message board more then once a day! I was surfing when I saw that picture but I am trying to find the site I was on, when I do, the breeder will be notified.

sportstuff you say "if you ran a legitimate business then why wouldn't you have your# posted as many many gsd sites do and they don't seem to have a problem only or mostly just those that casue problems for themselves as the ones in question here." If people start jumping off of bridges... would you join? No, right??? I hope. We all operate our business differently. Doesn't mean we don't post up numbers or snail mail addresses doesn't mean we are hiding something. We simply want privacy, especially from people like you who don't hear the defendant side of the story first before jumping into conclusion. How about breeders ( who mostly doesn't) not listing up their dog/puppy prices? Can we say that their trying to defraud us by giving different prices to different people? Why does a phone number required to be on a page and not the price? Should we say that those breeders are bad? Why do they need to hide their puppies/dog prices from potential costumers like us?

If they want to sell dogs they need to have a way for people to get ahold of them....I you don't establish trust with only giving an email address....to much fraud out there. I have my phone number on almost every page of my site, and don't have crazy people calling me....I have one phone in the house and dont feel over whelmed by it all....if I am busy and don't have time to talk then I let the answering machine pick it up. I have a couple of friends that email this lady and she is really ripping people off....it is a shame that this nice lady with the daughter that put down the depsoit didn't ask to see copies of things...I think that is the only reason that my friends didn't get ripped off by them. Het I AGREE 100%!! Brittany (see Het), Please it's not personal I am only saying if you want to do business that way it's up to you but most gsd breeders/kennels all give their phone# as a contact# in addition to their email address etc... If you can't handle or don't want to handle putting your# on this site or any other that is your choice. I also believe all of us on this board can live without the sarcasm. Bottom line run yours how you like and the remaining majority how they like. Let's use logic and our ability to reason and work towards the goal of resolve and not get personal. Respectfully, Dan Heskett

Hi everyone!!! The sole purposes of my posts regarding this matter is to help VICTORY get their money back as promised by the lady in question whho has continually made excuses etc....AND STILL HASN'T PAID BACK THE MONEY ALTHOUGH SHE PROMISED TO DO!!!!! Let's keep our eye on the real issue and that is getting the money properly returned and keep others money from going to this same person. I understand how we could/would/should have done whatever beforehand.(don't we all have 20/20 vision in hindsight?)... It is now after the fact..and most people are trusting and can also be trusted. In this particular matter the VICTORY folks trusted someone and took them at their word and the lady in question chose to take advantage of her. This woman( that took the 300.00) should spend her energy giving back the money rather than making up excuses telling stories and on and on. IT CAN BE RESOLVED SIMPLY BY VICTORY GETTING THEIR MONEY BACK AND THE REMAINDER OF US CONCENTRATING ON HELPING THEM ACCOMPLISH THE SAME INSTEAD OF ARGUING A WORD FOR THE SAKE OF ARGUING. RIGHT IS RIGHT THE WORLD OVER!!! AND THIS LADY WHO TOOK THE MONEY AND STILL HASN'T RETURNED IT IS: WRONG!!!! Respectfully, Dan Heskett

Team Victory’s superbly slick and professional Website, if I read correctly, reflects great and moneyed expertise in all things to do with the Shep. We have Ken Tank with ‘200 champions to his name’ and 37 years of experience, as well as having been a former director of GSDC of A - Kathy Gray also proclaims decades-long like skills. The partnership not only breeds litters and supplies stud services of course, but apparently also brokers imported dogs and furnishes obedience training etc. Yet, despite such fullsome knowledge, acquired contacts and ready self-same resources to provide an animal for daughter we are presented with the awkward, woefully heart-tugging refrain of having been ‘took’ for $300 in endeavours to acquire a dog from an unknown third party! But wait! White knight ‘Dan Heskett’ - using the 'sportstuff' alias - of Dallas Texas (in an oh-so reminiscent mode!) – desperately in search himself (?) of likely dogs to flog elsewhere apparently – rushes to to the rescue to put this great matter to rights! Give us all a break!

DANIE, We all make mistakes as we are human and it is our nature. I have read any/all posts you have made and all are negative which anyone can review and see this is the truth as far as me searching for good quality prospects I am and have and recently purchased one from an SV judge from Karlsruhe and he will be again in Ulm. Seek positive/helpful things to say do. It is not personal between you and I although you appear to be trying to make it that way. The difference between what I have said is I can back it up! As far as your false accusations of me you cannot as I am simply searching for dogs for me personally. You will not see or be able to show any ad with me trying to sell any pups/dogs nor can you show any fraudulent activity by me because it does not exist. Respectfully, Dan Heskett

For gawd sake, just give the woman her money back. If she's owed a refund, she should get it. Her character wasn't in question when the deposit was happily accepted, was it? Why now?

I believe everyone here is working toward one common goal, to help Victory. Obviously no one likes to be ripped off or see someone else. Most of us have been on the down side of sale gone bad for whatever reason. If the seller is respectable and cares about their reputation, they will make it right. This business is not easy and not every sale goes smoothly but it can end on a positive note. It just takes some work and a seller who cares a just a little. And my phone # is all over my site. Jan ;-)
