Do you believe she has to right to defraud people on this website of their hard earned dollars? If you read my postings I assure they are fact as I made sure before posting and tried to give both ladies involved a chance to resolve and they have not maybe just maybe I have saved maybe one or two other people from getting their money stolen and I am proud of that and if you ran a legitimate business then why wouldn't you have your# posted as many many gsd sites do and they don't seem to have a problem only or mostly just those that casue problems for themselves as the ones in question here. And by the way please take your own advice and read ALL my posts and see her response here and on the main page where it simply states sportstuff. Then respond to me if you feel it necessary. I am not trying to cause problems only help if I can. By the way you will see no foul language etc on any of my postings!! only logic and reason. Respectfully, Dan Heskett

I have a question... so many of you seem to be jumping on these people, over hearsay. So now I ask you this... OUT OF EVERY SINGLE POSTER ON THIS THREAD, HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE BEEN DEFRAUDED BY THESE PEOPLE IN COLORADO / OKLAHOMA? I am dying to know, how many of you have a reason to be upset over this "truthful allegation" ! Oh hey, and Riverdance... still waiting on that link! You were so quick to post that you SWORE that picture was stolen, and you knew where.... so what happened? Realize you were wrong? Maybe mistaken?

The only way to stop the bad sellers to open it up to the public. Silence amongst buyers is what the bad sellers want and need. How else are the buyers to know that these people are not trustworthy. This is the only way to stop it. I have been on the bad end of a bad seller and all the other buyers needed to know the name and details. When Sarah called me she would not give her last name, she would not give her friends name. This was not just once, but 3 different phone calls. This is suspicious to me. Anyone that is dealing honestly would give their name. I got it off of Caller ID and kept if for future reference. Maybe this contact # can help in some way to settle this deal. Maybe the backlash of all this will push Sarah into giving the money back to Victory. We can only hope. I figure, If you deal it dirt, you get dirty. One positive, we will all remember the name for future reference when buying a dog. I keep a bad seller list of my own. Its growing quite quickly thanks to the courage of the people on the message boards.

I suggest that a mediator being elected to review the actual evidence and report back to the board. The proofs and defense should be presented and then after review a judgement can be presented.

And to Jbbrbx, that is wonderful that you have a bad sellers list. And I am sorry that you had the experience you did with the two females you purchased. I'm not saying that there are not bad people out there, but hearsay isn't always accurate (as I'm sure we've all seen on these boards). I've seen many a person on here post totally bogus info just to "help out" when in reality, they are just hurting the situation more.

LOOKIE LOOKIE I guess through the yawning on the phone and then the times she was yelling at someone in the backround, I got some details wrong. I just received an e mail from my girlfriend. Here are the facts as she states them. I dont know why she doesnt come on here and defend herself. The Truth shall set you free. At least I know she is lurking. Let's start with the basics.... Did this Kathy Gray purchase a German Shepherd from me? YES SHE SURE DID! Was she told up front that the dams info was not available? SURE WAS! Did I screw up with the actual listing of the dog? SURE DID! I thought he was a Yasko Grandson, when in fact he is a GREAT GRANDSON! Did Ms Gray PayPal me a deposit to hold this dog? YEP! $300.00 was sent to HOLD the dog, until shipment. How did this wonderful, kind soul, approach asking for the refund? After being told I was IN THE CAR on my way out of town for the day, she DEMANDED her refund be sent ASAP! Regardless that I had plans, and so on... and TOLD HER I would PayPal her back as soon as I returned. Was I ever told the dog was being purchased for her "cripple daughter"? HAHA NO WAY! And I will be posting the e-mails below this (which do state what her interests in this dog were, heck I didn't even know she had a daughter in need of such a dog) Is this GREAT Grandson of Yasko in MY possession? SURE IS! In lovely Colorado. Is he my property? SURE IS! Do I have his AKC papers ON HAND? SURE DON'T! They are due to transfer upon completion of a deal made with his BREEDER (who is by the way a very reputable, kind woman - who loves her dogs very much) Do I intend to "defraud" this woman of her money? NO I DO NOT. All I Told her was I WILL TAKE CARE OF IT WHEN I RETURN HOME. Sorry that I didn't turn around and drive ALL THE WAY HOME to jump at your refund. As you said "we all have lives" Do I know the GSD breeder in Briggsdale? Sure do! I whelped and raised that litter. Do I agree with her abnoxious $3500 price tag? NOT ONE BIT. Do I know the family in Oklahoma (SchutzhundGSD)? SURE DO! She is a friend of mine, NOT a business partner. She does however take calls for me, and weeds out all the non serious people. Am I associated with K9 Acres/Alpine Schuthund Club? IN NO WAY, SHAPE OR FORM. I've never even been to their facility. Have I ever defrauded anyone on this board of their money? SURE HAVE NOT. Did I talk to decoyD regarding the breeder in Briggsdale's puppies? SURE DID! Sent him pics and pedigree. Have I ever spoken with Jan (of Schlossfelsen GSD's breeder of LONGCOAT German Shepherds, and supporter of the "PANDA" GERMAN SHEPHERDS in Nebraska) regarding her facility, and dogs? YES I DID. Am I a nasty person? SURE CAN BE when pushed wrong. But hey, who can't be?

Sounds like the solution is simple you were home when called earlier today. In other words the money could have been returned already and all this talk avoided. 1.) Has Ms. gray's money been returned yet? If not why not? 2.) Why not respond earlier when you saw all the talk start? 3.)Have you contacted Ms. Gray at all today to inform her of when she will recieve her money? 4.)Instead of using foul language etc..Could that energy have been used to resolve this issue sometime ago? Was she paid prior to your latest posting? 5.) Bottom line once her money is returned the issue will be resolved. No one likes to expose people that are in the right and doing the right thing but what difference does it make of who received what emails and when and what was said ? The bottom line is she is entitled to her money and the honorable thing to do would be to return it and not continue throwing blame around because until it is paid you are still in the wrong regardless of any emails etc.... I don't wish to make any enemies or get involved in a war of words ..just please do the right thing and return her money. I know things can come up but you obviously have the time to explain everything but have you taken the time to simply pay her what she is entitled to? And just end this? And referring to her daughter (her gift from God)as a cripple probably wasn't the best use of words but I expect to some degree you are still upset.
