WHY IS THIS WOMAN TRYING TO DEFRAUD US?? - Page 3

You can look at my posts I have never been accused of flamethrowing or whatever. I am concerned about people getting ripped off as this is a great site and I am puzzled if you are innocent why don't you simply prove me wrong instead of getting vulgar? What does this say about you and your kennel etc... If someone did the same to me I would be very transparent and very interested in getting the situation resolved not get into or try to provoke a cursing battle of threats. But again that would be the response of someone who truly cares about the person getting ripped off and the dignity of this site. The response we have seen is from someone who feels very threatened and is guilty.

THE PHONE#S I REFERRED TO EARLLIER ON THE WEBSITE THE LADY IN QUESTION IS FRIENDS WITH IS ON THE CONTACT PAGE FOR ANY ONE INTERESTED. JUST WANTED ALL TO KNOW I DON'T SAY THINGS JUST TO SAY IT BUT CAN BACK IT UP AS WELL. GOD KNOWS I HOPE THIS WORKS OUT AS IT SHOULD AND VICTORY GETS THERE DEPOSIT BACK AT THE VERY LEAST.

vomwaltsen nothing is wrong with it, I just thought her questions had nothing to do with the dog she supposedly called about and were a little odd so I kept her phone #. It was obvious she was not telling me the truth. Maybe another phone # for this woman would help, you think!!!! She is around the Colorado Springs area, I think. Thats where the phone # is from. Just trying to help Victory, gosh lighten up. It seems every post turns into a feeding frenzy rather than what this one was intended to be, trying to help another. Funny, how it seems the only one responding to this is sportstuff. None of the basic questions have been answered (IE: Where were the photo's stolen from, is this dog not in the possession of the person attemping to sell it, and how questions regarding care and info on a kennel are suspicious, unless the breeder has something to hide) From what I see, someone came on here, posted their rant on how they think they were defrauded, yet have not posted since, to answer questions or back up allegations. Then, others joined in (as they so commonly do on this board to flame and play the pissing contest game) and posted their two sense. And as far as this "jbbrbx" person goes, where do you get the right to post someone's home telephone #? Did you get defrauded? Or just peeved because someone asked you questions about how you keep your kennel? Hmmm... I think everyone here needs to GROW UP and seriously consider getting a life beyond the computer. And next time, why not call the person in question and get their side of the story, instead of posting hearsay, over fact. Hell it seems you guys have 3-4 telephone #'s, and a few e-mail addresses, why not contact the "offender" yourselves, and quit playing these childish games!

Comfortable? It doesn't take long to fit in among a group of cowards. I've been reading things on this board for quite some time now, and it is just flame bait. I've seen the best of the best bashed, and the worst of the worst praised. It seems everyone here feeds on this crap. It's just odd to me, how Riverdance posted she knew that picture was stolen, and then didn't post again, to back her allegation up. Now obviously something is not right for the actual "offender" to not post, rather Shaila, but at the same time, no one has proven anything except, that it just takes one post to get everyone flame happy around here. And even sadder, WITHOUT FACTS, rather hearsay.

On April 13th I looked through a Denver Post Newspaper Classified. There is an ad stating GSD, AKC puppies West/East German Champion lines. Yasko and Tino lines. 2 litters black/red and black/tan 2 males 7 females $2000-$3500. Briggsdale, Colo. 970-656-3709. This ad caught my eye, as I have a son of Yasko and thought maybe they had pups off of Yasko as well. I called the number and spoke with a woman who sounded very green and had very little knowledge of the bloodlines she advertised. She took my e mail and said she would e mail me peds and pics. Later that night I received a phone call from 719 635 8084. This woman told me she was the partner of the woman I spoke with earlier. This gal was a little more knowledgable, but the price they were asking for what they offered was ridiculous. The pups were out of a solid black dog out of the DDR dog Tino. The dam of the pups is named Blixie and is a coated female with Yasko in her 2nd gen on her bottom side and Ulk in 3rd on her top. This woman informed me she was with the Alpine Schutzhund Club and was associated with Colorado GSD Rescue and Training Center in Falcon, Colo. After speaking with them and viewing the ped I was very skeptical of them.

I agree with vomwaltsen. 1. sportstuff you have no right to post anybody's number without the owners permission. How would you like it if somebody that was piss off at you did the same thing and all of the sudden you have people calling you out of no where? I find it ironic that some of you guys considered breeders bad if they prefer to do the transaction and the contacts only by email... well duh! by the things I see here I would do the same thing because I wouldn't want my personal information being leaked out into the public. I support breeders who refuses to list out their number to the public because you would not have any privacy at home.. I'm sure that most of the phone calls are people who only want to know "What's Schutzhund?" You know how expensive it is to return peoples call? Who's going to pay for the bill? Again it's better if you hear the defendant side of the story rather than jumping into any conclusions :) Let's cut the bullshit already :)

Hello! Just wanted you to know that I have called the#s AND emailed these people who have not responded even after daring me to do so....additionally I leave my city and state and have backed up anything I said with facts...review my comments and see for yourself and see how I kept a level head and how she cursed profusely on this post as well as the one on the main page that simply states sportstuff. I'm not sure how helpful it is to blanket all responders to this post as cowards. I think it takes courage to stand up for what you believe is just and anyone who knows me and have seen my posts would never refer to me as a flamethrower or someone without a life cause I want to help if I can as that is what this site is about helping gsd enthusiasts. I hope as I said earlier this and all issues on this site can be resolved intelligently and not with name-calling etc...which by the way you agreed with yet called responders cowards!? referred to this as a game etc...and used other deragatory remarks which didn't resolve any issues. Respectfully right or wrong I believe we are entitled to our opinions as long as they are with proof and in need of explanation. No one should be condemned for trying to help in their own way.
