Your very welcome. Quardes von der Staatsmacht; 2xFCI, 2xLGA, 2xBSP SCHH3, IPO3, FH2 all trials he received V-ratings routinely getting 100 points both in tracking & protection with obedience in the 90's. He has been evaulated by very tough judges including some with back ground working with police K9's.

Quardes is a proven producer of sport & police K9's. I've seen some of his offspring work & have been very impressed. I'm expecting a litter out of Quardes & have high hopes for the offspring's working careers.

Spondylosis of the spine can easily be diagnosed with an x-ray. Why would you need an autopsy? Or is the autopsy for DM?

I lost my first GSD to it at age 9.  Sad Smile  She was PTS when she could no longer walk.

Yes, the puppies were born today. They had 9 puppies; 4 males & 5 females. Colors; black, sable & bi-colors. All puppies are very virogorous, active & healthy. I'm excited to watch them develop.

I have a 7 month old Quardes son from Staatsmacht and I will say he was everything i was looking for and more.

http://www.working-dog.eu/dogs-details/2502675/Inder-von-der-Staatsmacht

I had been going back and forth with Stefan about what i was looking for and i'm sure he got tired of me and my emails but

in the end, he gave me all i could want in a pup. As of now he is fearless, super confident, very aware, very agile and fast.

His bite is super and suprises anyone who works him. His drives are very real already, not over the top but you can see he

has much fire in him. Deep nose and can track his butt off for a pup and very flashy in OB.

We have trained in dark, slick floors and loud enviornments and he shows great all around. He is for sure a dog with his own mind

and will not be a clown dog but I believe will be just like Quardes in the work. I have spoje with 2 others with males from this litter and

bother others are showing just the same. This was an outstanding litter!! I give much respect to the dam line but I am seeing this type

in many different litters from Quardes, so I believe he is a super producer.

@Anthony excellent feedback on one of his pups gives alot of great info for readers, he sounds very nice, when you talked about his drives being not over the top did you mean they are strong but could be a tiny bit stronger or did you mean he has strong drives but has  good balance with a on/off switch ? Have you put a little stress on him to see his nerves and if so to what degree and how did he respond ? any gunfire test ? Does he have a very strong natural retrieve ? in case you get a link to a vid please post. Thanks

@bundishep

When I say not over the top, I mean he's got plenty but can shut it down and back on without all the leakage. I am not a fan of that. As a pup, i think he is stronger than many. He is very well balanced.

In our program, we don't put stress on the dogs much until about 1yr, for him maybe about 9 or 10 months, as he is very stong in protection but we will see how he continues to mature. We have a few times and I will say, he has engaged very well. But doing this too young in my opinion put too much focus on the man. It was not to a degree of an older dog but stressful enough to where you can see something. Gunfire is no issue for him either. Strong natural retrieve, i'd say hmmmmm he is more a possieve dog but as we have bonded, it has gotten higher.

So I can not comment too much on this until he is a bit older. To answer another one of your questions, I live about 3 or 4 blocks from Dog beach in Long Beach

and took him for the first time last week. This will be a weekly thing twice a week to start conditioning him. He had never been in any water other than a bath. I thought i would have to help him at first like my

other dog but he leaped rigth in after the ball. Here is a short video from my instagram of it, first throw in the water http://instagram.com/p/o6lflJNLtC/

I also replied to you message.

Thanks for further details the vid is great he shows  courage to go in the ocean breakers for a youngster that has never swam before,I can see in the water he pounds or slaps the water with his front paws you will see the front paws come down and stay under the water as his skills in swimming gets better as he ages and gets more chances to swim.Best wishes in developing him further. He sounds great.
