I don't think there is anything wrong with creating a web-site even if the future broog bitch is only 3 month old.
However, Brittany, you should pay some attention to what you post on your web-site.
Take a look at this: "We may OFTEN ship our dogs to train but to a very trusting person and will be RARELY." Is it going to be often or rarely?
Just ask someone with good English to check your "stories," and to advise you on grammar.
