Thanks. Still even at that age, is not a " very young puppy" to test for civil.
Yes, I agree that intention/ motivation is evident at that age. But Vito say, test ' very young puppy' for civil?

I apologize, as I'm not the best writer. I'm not trying to be cryptic. In my head, things are complete, but maybe I don't write everything.
I was basically saying that you complain about the things you do. You complain about WG sport dogs, but they are in every pedigree of every dog you have. I wasn't saying that you have a bitch on your home page of your site. I said you had a Bitch with that kennel, you named, but then right on your home page, you're touting a sport dog.
As to the video, I'll be 100% honest. #1 I obviously posted that because it was/is your dog and one you've bred. #2. I wanted your opinion, as you were quick to comment on Joan's video about the dog and the training.
#3. I assumed you would do what you did, and just say she was awesome and not address what you have been complaining about in this thread.
A good argument is fine when there is something to learn. Maybe others have, maybe not. The one thing I've learned here, is that you and myself have our beliefs, and I don't think that is changing. I just get a little miffed when people talk about Sport when that person has never participated, and can't back up their claims. This isn't all you. To be more honest, you jumped into this later than the one who made the original statement, who disappeared shortly after the statement.

What I saw in that video of, Donna?, I think her name is: nervy bitch that required the decoy to constantly swing his arm in the sleeve back and forth to keep her on the bite....as soon as the guy stop swinging his arm, she became very noticably munchy and spit the sleeve before the handler could cover for the weakness in the grip and pretend to choke the dog off ( the sleeve has already been spit out by the time the handler got near the collar)
That dog is so weak on he sleeve, that I doubt she could ever bite for real nor on the sleeve with any degree of pressure applied.
She needed to have her comfort zone; sleeve moving to let her know she was safe...as soon as it stops moving back and forth she let's go like she is preparing to blow the campsite....she never took her eyes off the sleeve, completely equipment oriented and no interest in who or what is behind the sleeve.
Typical weak dog with training attempting to cover for the weakness in the dog.
And yes, Vito is correct, everything pragre has been bitching about is contained in that video....fabric fetish, and all.
That dog could not even start the puppy in my video.
That's my take on the video.

On the other hand you are not naming people that you are directing insults at on this thread. Maybe they could defend themselves if they knew who you were talking about. Personally I'd like to know. Just for the record I agree with just about everything you are saying about sport dogs, I hope something I've said was not taken the wrong way.

I've seen that many times in ads with weakdogs for sale. Look like dogs I ve seen at clubs wit h weak sl that need to keep playing with the sleeve or they scatter.

I didn't think she was far off. I'm not one to dissect video because there are too many variables. But if I had to, I see a dog that "looks" like it is staring past the helper at the sleeve when he's not wearing it. Once he goes back to get it, the dog is actually pulling on the line vs what we see without the sleeve. The bites look chewy, but what do you care, right!? You're not a sport guy and this is a highly defensive, civil dog. The outs are not great. We could go on for 29 more pages, just on that. Is it what you say? Could be. Maybe a training thing. Maybe that same training issue caused some of the chewy grips too. I don't know. Could be genetic.
