BIG is not the same as FAT.
Muscle may "...weigh more than fat,", but it NEVER looks like fat, and it NEVER drapes like fat, either.
Best of luck to Anna for a long and healthy life.

The point is, any of my other girls at 82lbs would no doubt be obese and no doubt hindered in their athleticism and I believe that to be true for most. Most would also have to be outside the standard to carry that weight in good body condition. Beyond athleticism, general health is a consideration. The leaner the better. There is no benefit to extra weight.
Tig, you're right, but lots of people read and among them a lot want to learn. So, there is still a point. :)

Seriously, she has had no access to hills in years. She is thin, not particularly muscular at all, having had major surgery a couple months ago. Recheck weight was 82lbs. I wish I could say she is in super condition, but she's just in proper weight with winter, surgery, etc.

Guess, my English isn´t good enough - I didn´t question the size of your girl, I only tried to explain that sometimes you can´t believe in 60/65 cm, in case the breed survey also says "large".

Yes, of course; I would think that most would know that judges fudge measurements, people make the dog stand lower (tack in the wicket, etc.). Many dogs get a pass on size due to other good qualities and a standard size is noted on the report. Some are hilariously obvious when you see the dog. Capri's sire's littermate, Sid von der Fasanerie, was one. I stood next to him and was shocked; he was HUGE. Gorgeous, well-conformed, but tall. Definitely over 65cm. Caleb was about 66.5cm and I had him with me the day I saw Sid and I swear he was taller. Yet, he was V rated and KKL1. Now, how did that happen? ;)

I often wonder what would have happened if I'd been able
to show Taz. He failed his Survey because he was overshot;
it was noted that he went 66.5 cm under the measuring stick (what
you call a wicket) but I suspect that might have been fudged or
forgiven if his mouth had been okay. He did alright on everything
else (gunshot, Hipscore, gait etc). If I had Shown him unsurveyed,
under all-rounder judges who notoriously pay less attention to teeth,
and if only he had actually enjoyed being shown - LOL, - who knows ?

Thank you Jenni for your qualifying " I believe " , before the " that to be true for most ". Out of many millions of GSDs worldwide , yours is in an exclusive class ( put there by you ). Other than your verbal testimony , what is Capri's certification to fitness?
Here is another 85 lb fit Navar Hronovsky Pramen daughter ( and 4-4, 5 on Grim Z PS ); she has her French Ring 1, and place second in the Canadian ring sport Championship. Her name is Fiona Vom Wendelin.
