Divorce works quite well!  Not only does it take away the stress, but you lose up to 200 lbs. right off the bat... then get to work on your own body :)  Find a place with a gazillion steps in front, so you lug up groceries, large bags of dog food and anything else that has to come into or out of the house!  And if you're lucky enough to live in the north, just think about how many calories you burn shoveling snow on all those stairs, it's a  win/win!

Exercise~cardio and weight training intervals,,~20 min. a day~most days

Increase water intake~ as much as possible

Decrease simple carbs~Increase complex carbs

Snack on protein~ nuts are a good choice

Decrease salt intake

Watch fat calories~keep to a minimum

Two table spoons Metamucil daily~
