You see Steve you only read what you want to read.  You certainly must enjoy reading all my posts, you reply to all of them.  You know Steve,if you had the dicipline to be able to stay away and not read my posts, you would not even know that I was around. But you cant do that Steve, because you cannot control your own thoughts.

P.S. Steve I spent many Sat. mornings serving homeless people at the soup kitchen on the main street.

Please don,t be upset with me Steve, its just a natural fruit of the Spirit.
Have a nice day,and try to get control of your own thoughts.

Steve, it's just like in the dog rescue biz. 99% of the people involved hang out and pray for the dogs. 1% of the people DO something for the dogs, such as find them homes or donate money for vet bills. Most of the time people who pray feel relieved of any obligation to actually DO anything for people or animals. It's a handy excuse to just spout religion and hang out typing all day.

Americans don't, for the most part, generally dislike atheists. It is more that, much as many people dislike religious believers who are very pushy and proselytize them in an intrusive, in your face manner, they equally dislike atheists who are very pushy and who proselytize on behalf of atheism's beliefs in an intrusive, in your face manner. Religious believers and atheists who quietly hold their beliefs and teach them to their children at home, and who respect others' rights to believe to their own children at home what they wish even when it is different from them as religious believers or as atheists, are not any more disliked by the American people than anyone else is.
In short, the American people expect both religious believers of all stripes and atheists to be tolerant and respectful of others' views and lives. And they dislike those from both groups who are
not polite.
  polite.   polite.

What is normal?//..........the prevailing opinion I suppose...Christianity peaked in the late 40's early 50's.
Atheist have grown to 1/5 the population of the country. And is rapidly gaining as a group.
Some Christians believe you can't save the ones that are not on board others believe you can.

The Secretary General of the United Nations say he would like to see one world government,
one world religion, one world leader....The Pope agrees.

But to many Christians this looks too much like what has been prophesied.

The world financial districts are divided in 10 regions of the world. Each could
have a representative. And could in one hour at the UN give all the power to one
world leader....The one world leader that the UN secretary said should be in charge.

He also said the UN is the body of Christ....But Jesus said this world is not my Kingdom.

Those are the honest facts.....you decide..... Atheism should peak at the rate it is going know in
about 5 or 6 years.....and they will be the majority.

R 1

The UN will be one world government, with one religion and one leader.

In a letter in 1876 Pike writes to Mazzini...We will pit the atheist aginst the Christian.
And create a conflict that will...lead to a one world government...and the world will
accept Lucifer.

Pike wrote Morals and dogma ( the manual )for the Freemasons....His statue is in Washington DC.
