Pardon my ignorance.... Is a certified check sent via mail not an option when dealing with oversea transactions (outside of the US)?

Why not just get an attorney to handle this. Seems with all the evidence it could be all settled in no time at all. It appears that there is alot of wasted time going on. Time to get the the mean face on and get it rolling..

small update
the money I transferred on april 11 came back on april 23 due to non matching bankaccount and international bank code(again)
after the money came back an american friend send sacha a check for the money on april 26
