Oh, I know, I thought my sarcasm was evident :)  I eat all of that, Iove cream, butter, you name it.  If it's fattening, it's good!  I make dishes like that too, just not too often!

I actually forgot the 1 (10) oz of frozen spinach , defrosted and squeezed , and add to bacon leaving and simmer until hot and then set aside until you get the rest all put together..

Paula Deens recipe for this did not use the cream or butter and it was dry the next day...so I added some alfredo sauce to it to reheat it...sure was good...

I just stopped into work to throw a few things into the dumpster.

The people who live in the apartment house across the street used to come over here even when we were open and let their dog take a dump on the property. Oh the gall...

About a month ago I had a new 6' vinyl fence installed, 20 sections long, with two seperate locked gates.

This morning as I pulled in the parking lot, the dog was taking a dump in his own yard.

They park over here at times also, but that is a seperate issue...

The bittersweet joy of moving in day for my college freshman! 

I just made his dorm bed up, the god given right of being Mom!

And kissed him good-bye! Waaa!

I cant wait till fall comes in full force; gold and red colors, cool nights, soft blankets, evenings by fire pit (w/o bugs) and sweat pants......my favorite time of the year....

A former female News Anchor for Providence RI stopped in at my business a few weeks ago. We had a great conversation, she is a very intelligent young lady (2 master degrees). She was laughing her butt off because we cook lunches everyday right on the premise. We had her laughing so much she didn't want to leave. But it was a Thu and we leave around 11:30 AM for Golf.

She stopped back in today and asked when I was going to cook a meal for her. I said how about tommorow? She said fine, since I know you guys bug out early Thu to play golf.

So she is coming back tomorrow for a rib eye steak, baked potatoe and an apple dumpling for dessert.
