I bought googly-eye rings, I was making a googly-eyed crab :)

Snapping snap-dragons

My daughter was being cute, but I actually like this pic, even blurry.  After all, it is my best side, LOL.

I left Drake at home, I had run him earlier in the day and he was tuckered out.  The kids are such a blast, I love doing stuff like that with them.  This particular farm isn't far, about 20 minutes away and half way for both me and my daughter.  They have something every season.  Summer, fill a bucket of wildflowers for $8.  Next month apples, then pumpkins, etc.  It's a nice place and they even let the kids in to pet the goats.  It's still a farm and they haven't gone crazy commercial, they just sell their own produce and a few baked goods.  Cool place, very nice people.

Yellow, sharing a recipe in English (!) is too much for me, sorry... Red Smile

Good old German comfort food from tonight - I really love cooking at the end of a long day, right after walking the dog...

Holy Moley, that's a heart attack in one dish! It's got more fat and calories than my chocolate/raspberry cheesecake!  If I ate about 1/2 cup of that, I'd be having a nice, light, Italian Ice for dessert!  Looks scrumptious, I'll have to try it :)

How is Brad doing these days? What does Drake think of him now?

Brad cracks me up every day, he's been a great addition!  Drake actually goes to the cage every night before I cover him to say "Good Night", it's pretty cute :)

not if you use  Rice bran noodles, soak in water for 10 mins then set aside, unsalted butter,  low cal cream, and the rest is not gonna do any thing more than a dish of ice cream and all the toppings.

Pad Thai noodles are flat noodles made from rice flour. They resemble linguine or fettuccine in length and thickness but do not need boiling..

Rice is the best grain our body can absorb minerals and is a whole food for nutrition.  Eggs are full of potassium and needed in body..

Butter is purer than ole or margarine

You can  substitute  Yogurt plain, for the cream if you choose.

Turkey bacon will work if you choose..so if you know these things you can  change any recipe to be Wellness but we do need healthy fatty acids  and foods with trace minerals in them.

Not all fat is bad for us..

NOTE:  Abby is failing fast..she has two big tumors but is still chasing the tugs and has slowed down and is not eating as well.. the tumors are growing out not in but when it effects her I will not let her suffer.
