Hey girls I'm just teasing you. I grew up with 4 sisters in the house so the conversation sounded real familiar. They grew up in the 60's when they had big rollers laying every where, ratting their hair and that god awful hair spray. I'm sure you all know how to look great. So have fun.

Wow. That lady at Estee Lauder was a big help. I got my "face" on! And what a bill! LOL Oh well, I needed a bunch of that stuff any way. She loaded me up with freebies, too, to take the sting off my pocketbook.   I took some selfies but I am not going to post them here. LOL

I hope I can recreate this face tomorrow, I have a step-by-step to follow! I should do this before the hair appointment, I would imagine. Come home get dressed and get in the car as fast as I can so I don't get dog hair all over myself. LOL

Eyes: silver /blue lid, soft pink above and white under the brow. Nude lipstick topped with a mirrored mauve gloss. Plum liner, black mascara. Sound okay, girls?

I think I accomplished my goal! LOL Hubby is usually not the most complimentary type on a good day. He actually did notice my makeup, makeover, immediately! lol If you see the Showdown thread I just started, you must realize I had my "power face" on during that incident, which only helped with my fierce aspect while taking a stand. 

They had this cool digital photo setup too, so we got a nice shot of us together with the backdrop of the Taj Mahal. You could choose from many different places. And the picture was ready when we left. I got quite a few compliments, all in all. So yes, I was pleased!!! I love how my hair came out. Very twenties, in a way. It was mid way up and wavy on the side. LOL

Among one of the items I bid and won on, was a Bigelow tea and honey gift box. It had a bee covered honey jar and flour sack bee kitchen towel. It had "beetree" written all over it!
