MarineMom,
Great that you posted these!
There is no question that my love of the German Shepherd Dog is directly linked to watching "Run Joe, Run" on Saturday mornings as a child. (I'm a year older than you)
It is one of my all time favorite shows.
I also loved the "Daring Doberman" movies.
One of my sisters' eventual husband could not get enough of the Billy Jack movies. Not for the political stuff, but, because of the fighting.
Great memories!

Don Corleone, your hero, Marlon Brando, lived in my hometown of Libertyville, IL for a good portion of his childhood. I know where the farm was where he lived. He was also kicked out of the high school I went to for riding his motorcyle inside the building. It is believed that he signed his name in one of the boiler rooms in the sub-basement of this building, but, I do not know if it was ever confirmed. The town is fighting over saving that building, or destroying it. The building is no longer used as a part of the high school. I think they should save it just because Marlon was there! You know, show some respect!
Save the Brainerd Building
