Men trade "up" for implants . Women trade "up" for security. It's basic biology since the cave days: male goes for the big busted, YOUNG, most potential breeder. Female goes for the best, strongest, hunter/warrior able to protect those offspring. 21st century: Still most potential breeder, and hunter-warrior is converted to the guy with most money.
