Chaz Reinhold

Also, a man come up to me on the street. He said, "if I told ya I could help you lose weight instantly and help you find balance, would you be interested?". I said, yeah. He pulled out a gun and asked for my wallet.

RS, she left me for the "shake weight"! ;p. In all seriousness, I'm more of a run down the road, do some push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, type of guy. Had a gym membership for a while, but I paid more attention to the girls on the treadmills. I like a nice punching bag too! Good exercise to punch, kick and dance around a bit. Good for frustration too. ------------But you can't beat BOB's workout routine.

I like to walk. I try to do 5 miles a day with the dog/dogs and lift weights at the gym when I can. Usually I eat whatever, whenever I want but will be doing Atkins after the kidlett is born to get back to pre-baby weight.

depending on your weight, running down the road and super exercise migh be too much to start with.....
